Confidentiality

You may request that the Commission maintain your confidentiality. However, please be advised that it may not be possible for the Commission to investigate your complaint without revealing your identity to the judge/judicial candidate. If you request confidentiality, and the Commission cannot ensure your identity would remain confidential if it proceeds with an investigation, your complaint may be dismissed. However, you will be provided the opportunity to request reconsideration of the dismissal and to lift your request for confidentiality. If you still wish to maintain confidentiality, check the box below.
